Scripture is filled with divine reversals, what I often call “the flip-flop.” Our Creator and King of the universe came to earth as a poor man, revealing greatness through humility and strength through weakness. Jesus & Scripture supports us to think in reverse of the world’s ways. If you truly desire to rise, you must first reach down. To lift up your brothers and sisters who have fallen. Pulling them up from the grip of despair, raise them high, and in doing so, I believe we will find our true path to heaven!
