Cannabis Wedding: We can accommodate 12 people depending on how you use the space. The interior space can accommodate up to 12 guests for standing Cannabis reception or 12 guests for seated function.

Rental Period: 30 min. FREE for all weddings. (Come dressed and fully prepared please)

**Cannabis & Beverage Packages must be purchased for all accommodating services.

Fees: We do not document filing fees:

• Marriage License Fee:
  • Without Premarital Counseling: $86 
  • With Completed Premarital Counseling: $61 
• Where to Obtain the License: You can get a marriage license from any County Clerk's office in Florida. In the Pensacola area, the closest offices are: 
  • Escambia County: M.C. Blanchard Judicial Center, 190 West Government Street, Pensacola, FL 
  • Santa Rosa County: South Santa Rosa County Service Center, 5841 Gulf Breeze Parkway, Gulf Breeze, FL 
• Premarital Counseling:
  • Completing a premarital course can save you $25 on the license fee. 
  • Couples who attend an approved premarital course will pay $61. 
• Other Fees:
  • There is a $2 fee to administer the Oath for the Affirmation of Common Children form, if applicable. 
  • If paying with a credit card, a 3.5% service charge will apply. 
  • Waiting Period: If either partner is a Florida resident, there is a three-day delay in the effective date of the marriage license unless you complete a premarital course. 

Booking includes the use of (16) white chairs, (2) six-foot rectangular tables,  (1) Bride & Groom table (14) Custom Bongs with names for ALL Included. Cannabis Based Linens are provided. Time for Reception 1 hr. Then go play!
