Superintendent / Project Manager  Having an Associate's Degree in Architectural Computer Aided Drafting,  provides the ability to process construction documents and plan sets with  ease. Having years of experience building luxury designs as a carpenter and  obtaining my Construction Supervisors Lic as a contractor, eliminates on-site  obstacles. Combined with expertise in numerous computer programs.  Ensures projects are successfully completed within budget and to schedule.  While meeting client needs, business objectives, and design guidelines  through all phases of design, permitting and construction.  I was responsible for the ongoing analysis of projects, savings,  contingencies, and ensured milestones were met per the CPM schedule.  Wrote and distributed bid packages that clearly defined the scope and  general provisions of each project. Negotiated, analyzed and prepared  subcontracts, permits, drawings, specs, PO agreements, cost control  budgeting, valued engineering, managed document control of RFI's,  submittals, change orders, risk management and reports in a systematic and  traceable manner within timely approval. Managed and developed assigned  staff to complete on-going goals.  Advance knowledge in Computer Software related to construction; AutoCAD,  Excel, CMIC, Microsoft Project, PlanGrid, Word, Outlook, 3D Chief Architect,  and Adobe. 

Commercial Locksmith / Project Manager  Responsible for Boston MA. most prestigious medical, educational, and  financial institutions security.  Experience in mechanical locking devices, with removable cores,  interchangeable cores, key in knob, key in lever, cylindrical, mortise locks,  and deadbolts. Inspected, repaired and installed all types and functions of  locks throughout corporations, hospitals, and universities including doors,  panic devices, all tubular cylindrical locks, safe deposit boxes, combination  push button locks, and standalone access control locks. Determine the  application for installing and maintaining electronic locks and bypass keying  systems. Program electronic standalone locks to function within the  parameters of the application, using locks specific hardware and software.  Ensured all work rendered was to fire and life safety codes.  

Journeyman Carpenter  Growing up in the trade from 5 years old, I learned construction knowledge  from framing to finish carpentry. My uncle, a 3rd generation carpenter,  taught me building codes and techniques of construction. Which led to  earning a Construction Supervisor License, it was a milestone career  moment. This required verified experience and passing an eight hour test in  building construction, from journeyman to contractor this took my career to  the next level.  Work was completed above industry standards. Budgets and deadlines were  secured by utilizing unique problem solving skills derived from childhood to  adulthood growing up and evolving within many aspects of construction.  Being able to draw the technical drawings and to build the project with my  own hands. Results in unique custom creations from design to completion of  the project. 

Associate Civil Engineer, AutoCAD SR. Designer  Overseeing the complete building document plan sets required for  submission to government and local agencies for multi million-dollar public  works developments. I designed highway, roadways, utilities, and airport  projects. Trained and educated to address large scale projects in a  systematic process to eliminate as many errors as possible when  approaching difficult tasks.  Our designs affected the public's lives and required being to the one  thousands of an inch correct. Projects such as the Terminal "D" tarmac and  fueling lines for McCarran Airport. 2.5-billion-dollar construction project. It  was the most expensive project to date in Nevada history.  Designed the infield grading areas and the entire sewer that facilitated the  Henderson Executive Airport. A parking-lot for the Medford OR. Airport.  Responsibilities required researching local and agency design standards,  building codes, and tracking project correspondences for revisions during  submittal. Creating and designing the construction blueprints for such large scaled projects taught me the value of multi-tasking, cross referencing, and  attention to details required to perfect my talents to produce high end  results in a fast paced professional environment.
